He is Diploma in Textile Engineering. In 1991 he started his career by setting up a small Rolling Mill Unit at Santej-Pooja Steel & Agriculture Industries Pvt. Ltd. At present he is running 4 Industries including Shaifali Steels Ltd., Which are engaged in the production of Window Section, Torsteel, Bright Bars and the foundary producing graded Cast Iron, S.G. Iron, Ni-Resist and the special quality of S.G. Iron Chilled Rolls and well equiped machineshop.

He is Diploma in Mechanical & Electrial Engineering and he is having 30 yers experience of Marketing & Allied areas. He is responcible for the Marketing Planning and Despatch activies.
